Dallas Goedert holds a 31.6% edge in Superflex dynasty value.Updated 10/2/2026
Goedert is still one of the more talented two-way TEs in the league, and talent + role stability typically wins out at this age tier. In PHI’s offense he’s a proven efficiency monster and can spike weekly when game scripts funnel targets inside. At essentially the same age as Henry, the 15.2% value gap is a reasonable premium for higher ceiling and better offense.
Henry has a clearer path to steady targets in NE, where the pass-game pecking order is more fluid and he can live on short-area volume and TDs. He’s often cheaper to acquire and can be a pragmatic TE1/TE2 for contenders who just need bankable starts. If the Patriots’ passing environment improves even modestly, Henry’s weekly floor can look very similar to Goedert’s at a discount.
Lean Goedert for ceiling in high-leverage weeks, but Henry is the better cost-per-point if you’re patching TE on the cheap.
Prefer Henry strictly because he’s easier to flip in-season for a profit off TD/target spikes, while paying up for Goedert at 31+ rarely fits a rebuild.
It’s close enough that roster build and price should decide—pay the premium only if you need the higher weekly ceiling.

Worth more?
Goedert is worth more, but the gap is only justified if you value ceiling and situation over marginal target competition differences.
Trade?
If you can get Henry plus a small sweetener (or avoid paying extra), take the discount; otherwise hold Goedert if you’re chasing upside.
Superflex?
In SF the difference matters less because QB/WR premiums dominate, so prioritize whichever TE you can acquire cheaper for similar weekly output.
