If you’ve ever sent a trade offer and immediately wondered whether you got fleeced, this is the page that answers that question before you hit send. Every value above comes from FantasyCalc’s consensus data across 150,000+ real Sleeper leagues — not one analyst’s gut feel — and it updates daily.
Dynasty trade values are the common language of the format. They let you compare players across positions, evaluate trade offers objectively, and identify market inefficiencies before your leaguemates do. But a value chart is only as good as its data source and how you use it.
Value is a relative number, not a currency — what matters is the gap between two players, not the number itself. A player valued at 8,000 isn’t twice as good as one at 4,000; the gap tells you how much you’d need to add to make a trade fair.
The 30-day trend column is where the real edge is. A player whose value is rising fast hasn’t finished rising — and a player dropping may be a buy-low target before the rest of your league catches on. Champions in our data made their best moves by reading trends, not just current values.
Use the position filter to compare players within a position (e.g., all running backs ranked by value) and the format toggle to switch between Superflex and 1QB. Quarterback values shift dramatically between formats — a QB worth 10,000 in Superflex might be 5,000 in 1QB.
In Superflex leagues, you start two quarterbacks, which makes the position dramatically more scarce and valuable. The top quarterbacks in Superflex — Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts — are often the most valuable assets in the entire format, worth more than any running back or receiver.
In 1QB leagues, quarterback value drops significantly because you only need one starter. Running backs and wide receivers dominate the top of the chart, and you can often find viable quarterbacks in the middle rounds of a startup draft. Our research shows 71.6% of champions won without a top-3 QB — so don’t overpay for the position in 1QB formats.
Find the gap, not just who’s higher. Look at the difference in value between the players on each side. A 500-point gap on a 7,000-value player is close; a 3,000-point gap is a real overpay.
Add it up for multi-player trades. In a 2-for-1, add both players’ values on the depth side. But remember: consolidation trades (giving up two good players for one great one) win championships, even when the calculator says you’re losing value.
Check the trend before you trade. If a player’s value is trending up, you’re buying high. If it’s dropping, you might be getting a discount. Timing matters.

Dynasty values factor in a player’s long-term outlook — age, contract, future production potential — not just this season. A 22-year-old receiver is worth more in dynasty than redraft because you’ll own him for years.
Dynasty values respond to news (injuries, depth chart changes, trades), recent performance, and shifts in community sentiment. The 30-day trend column helps you see the direction.
Draft picks have consensus values just like players. First-round rookie picks are worth significantly more than later rounds — our research shows the 1.01 hits 91.9% of the time, while mid-second rounders drop to single digits.
Not necessarily. Our research on 27,000+ lopsided trades shows the “value loser” actually wins championships more often. Context, roster fit, and timing matter as much as raw value.
