Dalton Kincaid holds a 67.4% edge in Superflex dynasty value.Updated 9/24/2026
Kincaid is already a proven NFL starter attached to an elite QB in Josh Allen, giving him a much clearer path to week-to-week TE1 usage than most of the position. Buffalo’s offense sustains high-value targets (red zone, third downs), and Kincaid’s route-earning profile makes him a strong bet to be a top-8 dynasty TE when healthy. At only 26.8, he still has multiple prime seasons left at a position where longevity matters, justifying the ~21% premium.
Helm is 23.9, and that age discount matters at TE where value can spike quickly once a player wins a full-time route role. Tennessee’s pass-catcher room is more open to a new pecking order than Buffalo’s, so Helm’s target ceiling could be higher than his price implies if he claims the top TE job. At SF 1,449, you’re paying for a cheaper bet that can appreciate substantially with one clear breakout stretch.
Take Kincaid—his role certainty and attachment to Allen are more likely to translate into reliable weekly points.
Lean Helm if you need insulation on age and want a cheaper asset with more potential value appreciation, but Kincaid is still fine if you’re building around stable cornerstone pieces.
Kincaid is the better bet, but the 21.2% gap is close enough that team context (need points vs need upside/liquidity) should decide it.
Worth more?
Kincaid is worth more in both market and lineup value, and the current gap is broadly reasonable given his proven role.
Trade?
If you roster Helm, ask for Helm + a sweetener (late 2nd/early 3rd type) to move to Kincaid; if you roster Kincaid, don’t tier down without getting that add.
Superflex?
In SF the TE premium doesn’t change much unless your format is TE-premium—Kincaid’s stability still wins, while Helm is the cheaper swing.
