Garrett Wilson holds a 15% edge in Superflex dynasty value.Updated 9/19/2026
Garrett Wilson has already shown alpha-level target-earning and separation ability despite subpar QB play, which is the most bankable trait in dynasty WR evaluation. If the Jets stabilize quarterbacking even to league-average levels, his weekly ceiling and TD totals can jump without needing a role change. He’s valued like a long-term WR1 because his profile is less scheme-dependent and his volume floor is among the safest in the league.
Rashee Rice is tied to Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid, giving him access to elite efficiency and high-value scoring drives for years. His role can be a PPR engine (YAC, quick hitters, red-zone manufactured touches) and Kansas City’s WR room has been fluid enough for him to maintain/top the target pecking order. At an 11.6% discount, you’re buying similar age with a better QB environment and strong week-to-week usability.
Wilson by a hair for raw weekly ceiling via target share, but Rice is the better “cost-per-point” if you need value insulation.
Wilson is the cleaner cornerstone because his production is less contingent on specific usage and more on talent-driven volume.
It’s close enough that roster construction and risk tolerance should decide, but the market gap is slightly too wide in Wilson’s favor.
Worth more?
Garrett Wilson is worth more, but the current ~11.6% gap is near the top end of what’s justified.
Trade?
If you have Wilson, I’d only pivot to Rice if you’re getting a meaningful plus (e.g., an early 2nd/late 1st type add depending on format); if you have Rice, I’d pay a modest add to upgrade to Wilson.
Superflex?
In superflex, I’m slightly more inclined to take the cheaper Rice and allocate the savings toward QB, unless you’re already set at QB and want the safer WR1 bet in Wilson.
