Terrance Ferguson holds a 15.8% edge in Superflex dynasty value.Updated 9/17/2026
Helm’s slight value edge and comparable age profile make him the safer bet to hold market value in the near term. Tennessee’s TE room offers a clearer path to being a primary underneath target if he earns the trust, which is often how fantasy-relevant TEs emerge. In dynasty, I’ll lean toward the TE whose role can consolidate into steady snaps/routes sooner, and Helm has that cleaner consolidation path.
Ferguson gets the nod on environment: the Rams have consistently produced usable fantasy pass-catchers via scheme and play design. If he earns a full-time route role, he could be the more efficient scorer even on similar raw volume. He’s also marginally younger and attached to a stable offensive infrastructure, which helps his longer-term probability of hitting.
Helm by a hair for the slightly better current market insulation and a potentially quicker, simpler path to steady weekly usage.
Ferguson for the offense/coach stability and the chance his ceiling outcome is more fantasy-friendly if his route share spikes.
With only a ~3% gap, treat them as a tier and take the one you can acquire cheaper or that fits your roster’s timeline.
Worth more?
Helm is worth a touch more today, but it’s essentially a coin flip tier.
Trade?
I’d trade Helm for Ferguson plus a small sweetener (or take Ferguson straight up if you prefer the Rams bet).
Superflex?
In SF the difference matters even less—use either as a secondary TE bet and prioritize moving them only as part of larger deals.
